Celebration
It is our desire to help leaders sustain a sense of eager joy in their calling (1 Peter 5:2). Whether it’s visible gospel fruit in the life of a congregation, or just a good week of study, we want to help our ministry partners rejoice in the little and big ministry wins that God orchestrates.
Community and Counsel
Unfortunately, ministry can often feel isolated and lonely. Through meetings, retreats, and other fellowship events with our partnering pastors, we hope to build camaraderie and a stronger network of co-laborers in the gospel, that helps encourage and sustain their pursuit of God-glorifying ministry (Philippians 1:3-5).
Sound Doctrine
The most fundamental responsibility of the pastor/elder/shepherd is his ability to give instruction in sound doctrine and, when necessary, correct or rebuke those who contradict it (Titus 1:9). To this end, it is our desire to ensure biblical doctrinal alignment and unity in truth through intentional study and conversation together with our partnering leaders.
